Admission Requirement & Process

• One must be a registered technologist or other approved healthcare professional.
• Students must complete the designated registration form and submit payment for the course.
• Within one week of receipt of the registration form, a confirmation of registration and orientation information will be e-mailed to the student. Students must e-mail a copy of their valid CPR/BLS card and letter from the New York State Department of Health at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled course date. Both documents should be e-mailed to info@cfced.com.
• Space is limited and seats are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
